What if I can’t visualize clearly?

You don’t need to. About 30-40% of people can’t create crystal-clear mental images, and that’s completely fine.

The technique works just as well with a vague awareness. I adapt the process for how YOU process information - whether that’s visual, feeling-based, auditory, or conceptual.

As long as you have some sense of it, your subconscious mind is processing it.


Is this just positive thinking or affirmations?

No. This is neurological rehearsal - the same technique Olympic athletes use to create neural pathways for peak performance.
